The User Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of use of the elviva.eu website. By using this website, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions of use. This agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you and Allba d.o.o. Any order processed at the elviva.eu website or any other user registration means that you agree to the terms of use set out herein. The content published is the property of Allba d.o.o. Any copying, reproduction, reproduction, imitation and distribution without the knowledge of the owner is prohibited.

 

Allba d.o.o. may modify these terms of use at any time without notice to you. If you continue to use this website after such changes, it means that you accept the changes and have checked them each time you visit, as they are binding on you if you use this website.

 

The General Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPOT) and the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT). Allba d.o.o. does not exclude any errors on the pages regarding prices, delivery times, product descriptions, etc. and assumes no liability for them, whether for damages or otherwise.

 

1. Ordering
The Buyer may cancel an order placed up to the moment the shipment has been dispatched. After shipment, cancellation of the order is no longer possible. It is possible to order the product in the online shop.

 

2. Prices
Prices are final. VAT is charged. The general rate of VAT is 22%. Prices are subject to change without notice up to the time the order is placed.

 

3. Discounts
The reduced price of the products is valid until the end of the promotion or, if specified, until stocks are sold out.

 

4. Deliverability
Shipment will be dispatched within 2–4 days of receipt of order. If the product is out of stock at the time of ordering and/or unavailable for delivery, you will be notified by email within 3 days of placing your order. Postage for Slovenia is € 4,99. For orders over € 49.99, postage is free (unless otherwise indicated on the page).

 

5. Returns
The customer has the right to return the product to the company’s address within eight days of receipt without giving any reason. The cost to be borne by the Buyer shall be the cost of forwarding (shipping) the goods. We do not accept redemption shipments. The product must be returned undamaged, without visible signs of use and in unchanged quantity, with a copy of the invoice. If the Buyer cancels the order, the Company will refund all payments made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products. The Buyer shall be refused a refund if it is evident that any damage was caused by the Buyer. The return of the goods shall be made to: Allba d.o.o., Ulica Milana Majcna 12, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

 

6. Material Defect
f the product lacks the characteristics necessary for its normal use. It shall be verified by another, faultless product of the same type, as well as by the manufacturer’s declarations or the indications on the product itself. The buyer must inform us of any material defect, together with a precise description of the defect, within the time limit laid down by law and must allow us to inspect the product.

 

The General Terms and Conditions are valid from 11 May 2020.
